In line with the Greek government and the European Union’s health and safety guidelines, we have designed our strategy to ensure that guests will enjoy a delightful, yet safe stay.

GENERAL PRACTICES & PROTOCOLS

All the public spaces of the Resort will be equipped with Sanitizing Stations and will be constantly disinfected by dedicated housekeepers who will be focusing on high touch surfaces.

Our Apartments and Suites and public spaces will be cleaned and disinfected daily. Please inform us for the frequency you wish liners and towels to be changed.

Check out time will be at 11am and check in will be at 3pm in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.

Our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment as mandated by the guidelines.

Breakfast will be served for each guest in our Breakfast area, or you can enjoy it in the privacy of your balcony or room without additional charge.

As you already know, chlorine is one of the strongest enemies of Covid-19, meaning that it will be absolutely safe to enjoy your swim in our pools or jacuzzis.

Our staff is well-trained to carefully follow the health and hygiene guidelines . Our Resort has received the State certification ''HEALTH FIRST'' .

A doctor will be available 24/7 for our guests and employees, to cope with any medical emergency.
We may have replaced our welcome hug with different greeting style, we have hidden our smiles behind a protective mask but our hearts remain loyal to the traditional Greek hospitality that Anastasia Princess Residence & Suites provides you for so many years!
